Very clean, location was excellent, the facilities were great.

There was not enough pillow or duvets for 8 people. Enough for 6.

We had a fantastic time, lovely caravan and the host was great

We recently stayed for 3 nights in a 3-bedroom caravan as two families (6 people in total). While the caravan itself was clean and well-equipped, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The negatives: The bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and caused backaches for several of us. Only one toilet roll was provided for the entire stay, and no tissues — which is not enough for six people over three nights. The listing mentioned a “sea view,” but our caravan had no sea view and was actually a 3-minute walk to the seaside. The indoor pool, came with unexpectedly high extra charges: £50 per adult and around £24 per child. For our group, it would’ve cost £248 just to use the pool for a short time, which felt unreasonable and should have been made clearer when booking. The positives: The caravan was tidy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed inside. The staff were friendly.

Big enough for a family of 5. We had an issue with the shower, and the owners were contactable.

Issue with the shower. It was scalding and unusable at first, then ok for adults but not kids.
