This very attractive hotel is in a beautifully maintained colonial building. The location is great and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

The wifi in our room only worked 50% of the time.

The hotel is located in the historical area of Panaji. It's nicely decorated inside and out. Rooms are spacious. Hot water is always available.

Google maps pin is 150m off. When we arrived at around 12:30 the staff informed us that the room was ready but the check in time was 2pm. At the same time they allowed us to bring our belongings to the room. They said nothing when we proceeded to our room at 1pm after having coffee outside. There must have been some misunderstanding regarding the check in possibility.
