They responded to our requests and brought to us the lacking sleeping blankets and bathroom towels we needed in the house. The owner and staff were kind and accommodating. They responded to our texts and calls.The house was neat and utensils were provided making our stay convenient on our Christmas holiday stay. Wifi was strong, we've watched Netflix and Prime videos too.The bedrooms were good and the aircons were excellent. We felt safe in the house. Thank you!

There were times cars were already parked (on the road) in front of the house leaving us to park somewhere far from the house while raining. Though we thought parking there was on a first come first served basis, we found that it's still a hassle. Also, the sofa bed inside the bedroom for our son (17 y.o.) was too big in the room to be made as a bed or the room was small for it to fit as a bed. Our son slept on this sofa bed inside our room for a night but got body and neck pain so he just slept on the sofa in the salas downstairs on our next nights of stay wherein he finally fully got to stretch his body and get more comfortable sleep. Some of the requested blankets have foul smell so we just use the blankets we bought from Unitop. We did not use the other towels because of their late arrival. And then there's only four chairs in the dining table and we are a family of five so eating at the dining table was not too convenient for us also when one of us has to eat far away
