Its not the nicest area
I don’t understand why the check-in time will be 4:00 pm, and the admin told us every hotel does that, It doesn’t make sense, 4:00pm -11:00am, customers lose at least 6 hours service.
Room and breakfast
The king bed was terrible. Not comfortable at all.
Cool place
No maid service the second day? Out of the room for 11 hours and returned ~10 PM to find the door tab requesting service but nada. That combined with a fire alarm at 1:00 AM that went on for 15 minutes made things not good
Very safe.
Overall great experience
Power was out without explanation for over 12 hours- no hot water for showers, no WiFi, unable to charge electronics, no AC. I came for an event that I could not properly prepare for by my standards given my inability to use or charge electronics, and the room was uncomfortably hot without AC. There was never a reason or accurate ETA given for the power outage. The casino attached to the hotel of course maintained power which made it extra frustrating to see how they prioritized the power for the property.
