Nous avons passé un séjour formidable ! L’hébergement était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. Un grand merci à Elisa et Simone, des hôtes vraiment exceptionnels : chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours disponibles pour nous aider ou répondre à nos questions. Die Gast-, Hilfsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit von Elisa und Simone sind kaum zu toppen! Die zentrale Lage ist sensationell. Es gibt sehr günstige Parkingmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Super Ausgangspunkt für cinque terre. Bahnhof kurze Laufdistanz.

Kann etwas laut sein in der Nacht. Dafür sehr zentral.

Easy walking distance to train station for access to Cince Terre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Secure parking near by.

Property was a little difficult to find. Fortunately the host spotted us in our car and directed us to their location. More importantly I did get many spam emails requesting further information regarding my booking else it will be cancelled. Don’t know if that is a booking.com problem or a problem with the accommodation. Anyway it was extremely annoying, hence giving the property a 8/10 otherwise would rate 9/10 for a short stay in La Spezia.

Location was fantastic for visiting Cinque Terre and using train or ferry. The hosts were very welcoming and offered lots of useful advice about restaurants and best way to get to villages etc. The room was comfortable clean and we slept well.
