The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a double ensuite. Room was clean. The showe had hot water. Good internet connection. And it was centrally located to the town and ADO terminal.

Can get noisy until 11pm. The swimming pool is exposed to the sun. Not great for cooling down at noon.

Nice beds and clean.

Front Desk Person is really Not helpful at all if you have questions. This guy Looks Like bored

The property location was great - central to the city and close to attractions and local eateries. Wifi worked great and the common garden area is beautiful

I did not like that the Air Con is only on during 10pm-7am - so if you're thinking to cool off midday or take a nap, forget about it! Impossible with the Yucatan heat. When traveling, mid-day breaks are essential to recharge before evening activities. Also, no showers or bathrooms in the rooms, they are all outside so you have to leave the room and walk to the showers and bathroom, and get ready and brush your teeth in front of other guests

Tous les employés étaient supers. Le cadre est magnifique et l'auberge est très bien placée. Tout était propre.

C'est dommage que le petit déjeuner soit fermé certains jours (dommage pour moi le jour où j'y étais). Ils font payer une taxe de 4% sur tous les paiements en CB. Privilégiez le liquide si vous voulez consommer sur place.

Clean space, able to be social if wanted or remain to yourself if you needed time. Walking distance to everything you need, and organise tours for your stay an excellent and easy way to see Chichén itzá

Les salles de bains sont fun mais la douche s’écoule vraiment très mal. Mais honnêtement ce n’est qu’un minuscule détail.
