Pet-Friendly And Really Close To Beach!

Great location for exploring ana Maria Island, great ocean views and sunset views, beach just a few steps away. Old Florida style place. The management didn’t send instructions for entry but did respond within 15 minutes when we couldn’t get in.

--the place is very clean but a bit rundown --sparse kitchen furnishings—e.g., not much cutlery --no dishwasher --no washer/dryer --amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are the cheapest possible. No shampoo or tissues. --small bedroom, pleasant living area --high cleaning fee for a small place--$175, plus the $125 admin fee--yet the instructions say to wash all dishes before leaving and take out the garbage. --the place is dog-friendly, which is great, but as several officious people informed me while walking our dog on the beach in front of the place, even leashed dogs aren’t allowed on the beach. There’s nothing in the listing about that, which would have eliminated the place our consideration.

Location!!! The extras like beach chair and umbrellas were a nice touch as well.

Some of the checkout policies. Having to launder and fold extra linen if used is absurd with no onsite laundry.

We loved the home we were in. It was super cute, clean and we loved the location. And they had so many extras for us to use…. Lawn chairs. Umbrellas and more.

The door was alittle hard to shut . Had to give it a good slam.

Great location right on the beach. Quiet in the bedroom. Clean with plenty of towels.

Windows, especially bathroom window doesn’t fully close letting in road noise. No potholders to be found. An area rug under the sofa area would cozy up the place. Rust marring stove and refrigerator along with air duct grates.
