No balcony and unable to open windows

Location was excellent, apartment very large, great value for money

Fans did not work in either bedroom, living room was fine. Would have been better had balcony been retained.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Location was excellent.

Noisy neighbours

The apartment was very good, bed comfortable, I went with a baby and the whole place was safe enough for her. Had everything we needed right at the door of the building, amenities stores. Apartment was well equipped too.

We booked this place because of the pool and proximity to the beach. We were very disappointed when we got there and discovered that the pool was closed, even though that in the questions said it was open from May to October, the pool only opens from June to September according to the sign at the pool. There was also a huge construction right outside of the building, which means there was a lot of dust around and it was hard to go around with an elderly person and a baby pram as the whole road was in construction. The alternative exit of the building had steps, which was impossible for us to use as My mum have mobility issues. We expected that the hosts should tell us about it and give us the choice to keep the booking or not. When contacted the company that administer the place we were informed that they did not know. Which I later found out that it was not true, as in other reviews from the airbnb people were saying it, but I only saw after we were already there and I could not find another place to stay. No other alternative was given to us and they informed thst in the add says that the pool is seasonal, however, the question answered by them is incorrect. In addition, the beach that was close by was also under construction and we had to walk further to go to another beach. It ruined my holidays as with a baby we expected to have the pool and not having to go out everyday to enjoy the sunshine and then we had to walk even more to get to the beach. Even though the apartment was good, everything else was very disappointing. Attached images of the pool we never went, beach with a net around the sand area that we could not go into and also the sign that says June to September for the pool. Disappointed.

Vocation in Spain

There was construction going on all around, the accommodation was accessed through a dusty narrow road that was fenced off with a chain link fence. There was a view of the pool, but the pool was fenced and closed. There is no balcony, it is just an extension of the living room, which has been built over the former balcony. A late check-in fee of 40 euros was charged, which we had to pay in cash when we arrived at night.
