Nothing to write home about. Suffice to say I'm never coming back.

Appalling check-in experience that left me confused & disoriented. I wrote to the hotel via Booking.com app for an early check-in and they refused which is fine, but the agent swore that it was Booking.com agents responding from another part of the world. The agent had a hard time reconciling their own policies with that of Booking.com's. I was on the 2nd floor but on a Sunday morning at 7 AM there was heavy pounding on the roof due to maintenance work on the 3rd floor. I begged them to stop this, but they deferred it to 12 PM. Had to put up with 1 hour of non-stop pounding on the roof. Needed therapy to get rid of excruciatingly loud sounds of jackhammer torture from my head. Cleanliness is shoddy. They really need to get deep cleaning folks in there for a once-over. TV channels are pay as you go or the free channels in local language. Access to hot water is an afterthought, the tap and shower levers do not allow for hot water, I had to call maintenance folks repeatedly to dial up/down the temperature a few notches from the boiler room I imagine. The other big concern is the hotel's proximity to the highways. Every time a heavy vehicle passed over the flyover expansion joints nearby, we felt the seismic impact of it in the building. In all fairness they offered another room as I was about to stage a walk-out, but it was too small for what I paid. I checked out the night before my 2 PM check-out time and salvaged whatever is left of my sanity. There's no one to blame, the attendants and reception were trying hard to cope with realities of guest expectations and they couldn't even come close.

The front desk staff is not eligible to handle guest otherwise the hotel is very good...
