"Promising property with a few remarks"

Great aesthetics. High quality furniture. Uniform design. Modern complete kitchen. Privacy window tints. Free parking just outside the outer front door. 100 meters from the beach. 50-100 meters from two great restaurants. 150 meters from a well equipped mini market. Great balcony with nice mountain view. Flexibility from the owner (last minute approval for late checkout without extra charge).

Broken, out of order pool. No mention from the owner until we had to ask upon arrival. Kids were VERY disappointed... Could be great if it was available... Not at the seafront, or sea view. Cleanliness could be better (stained blankets and dust under the bed and the sofa). No dish soap or washing detergent, just some leftovers, probably from previous residents... Owner's scooter permanently parked just in front of the inside front door... No privacy for couples (all beds in the same room). No splash/privacy curtain in the shower.
