Late check in at 3pm is not very good. When you have 6 people staying in one apartment and they only supply 1 set of keys / pass, is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when you need a pass to enter and exit any part of the complex. When reading and viewing the room on the site it appears that the room has a private spa which Is NOT the case. There was no glass wear. Shower was not very clean. Only 1 or 2 choices of restaurants within walking distance..
