So call home stay, but cups n bowls, plates given not complete for 4 pax. Already informed earlier there were 4 of us, s shortage of cups n bowls .

Lack of very basic necessity. No dressing tables and bedside table. The dining chairs are wobbly and shaking and we have to move it to a corner to avoid accidentally sitting on it and fall off especially my aged parent. T he Bathroom doesn't even have towel holder or hooks for hanging. One of our worst experienced so far. The beds are with a thin blanket. The air cond is very noisy and the air wasn't cold for the master bedroom.They offered to change our room at midnight whereby all of us are too tired and was about to sleep. It was certainly a bad experience for us.

Instructions to collect keys from a letterbox were very clear. The infinity pool is beautiful and view from the 11th floor apartment is nice. Location is convenient to get to most of the places we want to visit in city There is a 7 eleven and a coffee shop just 5 mins walk from the apartment so it is very convenient. Apartment is spacious for 6 pax There is a standing steam iron to iron your clothes WiFi strength is good.

Check in time is 3pm but the apartment was still not ready when we arrived at 4pm, hence we had to wait in the lobby for 10 mins for the cleaning to be done. Bed is super hard. We get back aches from sleeping on it. There is no hooks or racks in toilets for us to hang clothes and towels when we bathe. The only one hook in the toilet can only be reached if you are 1.7m and above There is no shower curtain so the whole toilet floor gets wet when you bathe. Instead of a king bed, there are 2 queen beds in the master, hence there is no space left for a small wardrobe or hanging rack in master. We cannot even open up our big luggage in the master cos there is no floor space. The other 2 rooms only has a small standing hanging rack but also no wardrobe. There is a washing machine but no dryer and no drying rack. If you wash your clothes, you have no place to dry them. Even though the apartment is able to house 6 to 8pax. There are only cups, plates and cutlery for 4pax. The apartment is so new that there is still renovation going on. In the day, the drilling, hammering is really noisy if you stay in the apartment. What makes me feel cheated is that the property manager informed us only a few days before check in that we must transfer a 300rm deposit to their bank account otherwise we cannot check in. This was not stated in the booking condition in booking.com nor when we received our booking confirmation which was done 2 months in advance. Due to the last minute notice, plus we have already paid for the booking, we cannot cancel so we had no choice but to pay the deposit. Although this deposit was refunded 2 days after we checked our, we suffered an exchange rate loss and extra bank charges as we had to transfer the money from a foreign bank account.
