Nice apartment at wonderful Turku!

Superbe appartement, au 2e étage avec ascenseur, (en Finlande il n'y a pas de rdc, on est de suite au 1er etage) spacieux, moderne, et très bien situé. A 10mn de la gare Logomo et la rue de l'appartement conduit directement à la place du marché (place centrale d'où plusieurs bus partent notamment pour aller à Naantali) . L'accueil s'est effectué avec Mariia, très sympa, qui attendait devant l'immeuble. Faut juste lui communiquer l'heure d'arrivée. Grande salle de bain et cuisine bien équipée. Il y a aussi petite terrasse et c'est très calme. Pas de bruit de voisinage ou de rue. Chambre avec 2 lits et étagères pour rangement. C'est un bon choix pour visiter Turku et on peut aussi aller à pieds au château (40mn de belle promenade en longeant le canal et en passant devant le musée maritime) sans avoir besoin d'aller au centre pour prendre le bus.

Nice apartment for city stay.

It said it had air-conditioning so that's the main reason why we booked it as it was hot weather. It didn't have aircon that worked and when I asked the property for assistance I was told its complicated and to open the door. Not helpful. It was as hot outside and we couldn't leave the door open at night for security reasons as it was accessible as on the ground floor.

Good location but do not stay here in summer.

There is no air conditioning. I asked the owner and he said ‘it will cool down in a couple of hours.’ This was at 10 pm!! Simply could not sleep with the stifling heat. We slept on the lounge with the ground floor patio door open. Luckily Finland is a safe country.
