Cozy Private Room with Shared Bathroom on the 1st Floor - Conveniently Located near SeaTac Airport and Downtown

It was private but also welcoming. Very accommodating of needs

Felt secure with cameras and locks. Free parking. Bed comfortable.

Constant smoking outside bled inside, couldn’t open windows because of this. Loud talking outside well past posted quiet hours. Could hear everything from guests inside with creaking floors and cooking/doing dishes loudly at 11pm. Bathroom was unclean and water didn’t drain.

Not much to not like accept the occasional loud guest which is typical of a lodging place. Overall though the accommodations and access was flawless. I would recommend it to friends and family

15 minutes drive to Seattle downtown

The bathroom was dirty and the water didn’t drown in the shower. There are 9 bedrooms with two bathrooms and the house is super noisy, you hear everything. It may seem like a cheap option… next time I rather spend more money for another place.

Close to the airport, close to the Metro. Beautiful 15 Minute walk through the park to get to the Metro. Can also take an e-scooter or Bike.

There are 9 rooms for 2 bath rooms. Lower bath room was not as clean. Water diden't sink in the lower bath room shower so your feet were always covered in Water

Good working air conditioning system. Good for 2 persons

The best thing about the property was the location. I loved the room. It was cozy and warm.

Since it is a rental apartment, it needs to be cleaner, especially when it is being shared with many others. Also the water from the bathroom in the ground floor was not warm enough for taking a shower in March.
