Room is fine. Clean. Tidy. Location is ok. Walking distance to mayor plaza.

Public area is not so good. Toilet and bathroom is a bit small. Hallway is very dark.

The elevator doesn’t work properly. If you’re planning to stay at Velilla’s place and have heavy bags, it might be an issue since her apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Great location, close to old city and not a hostel. Access to kitchen, an elevator and secure.

It's a very nice room in a great location. Metro around the corner and a lot of shops and bars. Velilla (owner) was very polite, kind and approachable.

I guess we were unlucky with the location where our room was facing. A lot of drunk people right below our window, drinking and shouting every day until 8am. Police would come almost every day, with sirens, which made noise even louder.

I really love the location of this place, very close to Antón Martín Metro station. The place owner, Velilla, is very nice to us although we reached the place 1 hour before the appointed time. She immediately allowed us in, which was a must since the weather outside was so cold. She showed us how we can use her kitchen, what to do/not to do. All parts in her place are super clean and I really like that she is a non-smoker since I'm not into smoking smell. The place is totally safe and convenient. Her preps are five-starred.

Our room is quite cold and maybe she could raise the temperature on the heater. We are from a tropical country and couldn't help to feel colder than locals. If you are difficult sleepers, ear plugs are needed since it can be noisy during night time, particularly on weekends due to many bars in the area.

Really nice place with a lot of space and beautiful neighborhood.

Unfortunately it was very noisy in the early morning hours.

The location of the bnb is super convenient, easily accessible and within walking distance to the city centre.
