"Wouldn't return, even for free."

On the positive side, the washing machine was useful, and the location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby and walking distance to the train station. And we were able to check in early and the house initially appeared clean,

We encountered several unpleasant surprises. There was an open soda can left in the bedroom drawer, a pair of underwear on the bathroom floor, and when we lifted the toilet seat, we found it extremely dirty (with feces). Additionally, the oven does not work, and using the toaster sets off the house alarm. The floor on the second level is extremely noisy—it's nearly impossible to hear the TV if someone is walking upstairs.

"Very good"

Lovely quiet neighborhood and very close to the supermarket. Short walk to the centre of the city. Convenient and cosy house.

didn't stay at property

booked a few weeks in advance, no confirmation from the host, assumed the pin on the booking app was for the key lock but this wasn't present on arrival so not sure how anyone gets the keys for the place? couldn't reach the host by phone and didn't get any response from booking.com so had to book alternative accommodation, do not use!
