apartment very clean, euipedwith everything we needed. Manager was excellent and instructions where easyto follow.

changing from 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom but made up with apartment very equiped and called directly by manager after I didnt see emails regarding situation.

Great apartment with 3 bedrooms. Close to I-4 and Disney area (location is south of it). Publix and other shops and restaurants in the area available. Quiet location in a gated community. Received the codes for the gate and the apartment via booking app and it all worked without any problems.

The entrance of the building was not very clean and I had a problem to find the apartment on the ground floor (as per desciption it was suppossed to be on the 1st floor). Interior of the aparemtne was all good, clean and very well equipped. Bed had been confortable and each bedroom had a TV. The apartment was older which started to show...

The location was perfect for the nature experiences and theme park visits we had planned. It also is very close to a good supermarket, some coffee and lunch places and is simple to drive to/from Orlando international airport. The pool was fantastic and the gym sufficiently equipped for a holiday workout. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for a family of 4.

Ideally the gym could be air conditioned to a lower temperature.

We have stayed at Tuscana a couple of times previously and so know the location and facilities are excellent for visiting the theme parks and the area around Celebration. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host Denise was very helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. The pool facility is also clean, heated and very well maintained with friendly staff and a great bar serving drinks and food.

The location was perfect. The size of the apartment was great . Pool and hot tub were great.

Absolutely no cell phone reception in the apartment except in master bedroom. All of the televisions were dated and did not have streaming capabilities .

Apartment was very clean, had everything you needed for a family. Respond very quickly when needed.
