Green Lodge - Villa Standing Calme & Naturelle

We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Lodge, the location was perfect and very central for the hikes and activities we were interested in. We looked forward to going back to the villa at the end of each day. It felt like we were in our own private oasis. It was super relaxing and quiet in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, as was the sofa. The 'smart' house feature was a new experience and the personalized details were a very nice touch. There was a nice crepe place a few minutes away and more than enough grocery stores a few minutes drive away. Guy put a lot of thought, effort and care into the villa and he was always readily available for any questions or issues we had.

We really enjoyed the pool but were disappointed that pool towels weren’t included—having to pay extra for them felt unnecessary, especially with a pool on-site. Not a deal breaker as we bought beautiful 'Guadeloupe' towels but just something to be aware of. Also, there’s no standard housekeeping service to change bath towels during the stay, which was a bit inconvenient— especially since we were there for a little under a week. Basic services like towel changes during a multiday stay should be included, not treated as chargeable extras.
