The apartment was clean.

The communication with the owner was not good. He gave some codes to enter the apartment and none of them worked. I was forced every time I was in front of the door (the first day with the heavy luggage and one of my kids who needed urgently to go to the toilet) to call the owner to solve the problem. The second day I ran out of battery from my mobile phone and the same with the codes happened. I was forced to go to a Vodafone shop, bought a charger, asked the shop assistant to let me charge the phone and call the owner again. The owner told me that it was a problem of the internet, that every time it breaks down the codes are changed, but this is not my problem. Obviously I was very disappointed and don’t recommend an accommodation like this, with this problem of entering the apartment. What would have happened if instead of 17 in the afternoon, it would have been at 22 with no shops open? I would have spent the night outside with no possibility to enter the apartment… it was a real problem and a client who pays does not deserve this.

הגענו ללילה אחד לפני קרוז. משפחה גדולה, לקחנו 4 דירות. המיקום מצוין, מאוד קרוב לנמל. לקחנו מונית של 5 דקות לספינה. החדרים היו נקיים ומתוחזקים. הצלחנו לעשות צ'ק אין עצמאי בקלות בזכות ההסברים.

באחד החדרים הייתה תקלה בידית של החלון והספות שנפתחות למיטות לא כל כך התאימו לשני ילדים (הן התנתקו בקלות). חוץ מזה הכל היה טוב.
