Urban apartment, in the nightlife area!

Spacious , two large bedrooms and living area . Perfect location . Next door to the palace and less than a minute from the main squares .

The noise levels at night can get very loud . It’s stated in description already so it’s understandable

Right on the spot Location, lot of room inside, place was very clean.

Few things, curtain on main bedroom was broken and have no blockout, poor interior lighting, shower drainage was clogged, beds can be a little more comfortable.

The location of the apartment is very central, and it is super close to everything. It was easy to get into the apartment, which is quite spacious and has everything you need for your stay. All the rooms were quite clean, and there is more than enough space to store your belongings. The host is responsive, and after a brief misunderstanding he helped us out with our stay. The employees of the bar below are usually very nice, especially the "bar host", who gave me complementary coffee. Thanks!:)

The 2 bedrooms open from each other, so you have to walk through one of them to get to the other. The bathroom is not very well lit (not a huge problem), and the toilet seat is broken. The main entrance into the apartment is a small elevator, and even though there are stairs you can take from the living room, they are the "emergency stairs" and they lead down to the bar below. If you use them, you can get quite the dirty looks from the employees below. There are weird night lights or exit lights above the doors leading to the emergency exit that are super bright and cannot be turned off at night. Some curtains in the rooms are missing or broken which is a problem, as the bars down the street have very bright lights as well. THE NOISE IS IMPOSSIBLE! The noise was disclosed in the ad, however it was greatly downplayed. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to sleep or not go crazy until at least 2 am even with ear plugs or headphones. I lived above a bar in the party district of Budapest for a whole year, and I never had this kind of problem. The main issue is that the windows are not soundproofed AT ALL, and if they would decide to fix that, the noise would be a lot more manageable. DO NOT come here if you're planning to sleep early or sleep in. The bar is right below the apartment, and a kitchen or storage room is above, so there are constantly weird smells coming into the apartment which was not awful, but not very pleasant.

The apartment is clean, spacious and homely. It’s in an excellent location for sight seeing, shopping and the Christmas markets. Caveat: the night club / bar downstairs’ operates until about 3.00am- 4.00am after which time there are still partiers in the street for some time. There is no sound proofing on the apartment.

The apartment needs to be sound proofed as, although we expected some noise, we didn’t expect how loud it would be.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location and size of the apartment, as well as the views, are excellent. We heard the beat of the music, but we already knew, in fact, that it doesn't bother us, even though we traveled with two children. We are very used to staying in a central location and that's okay for us.

I think that cleaning, especially kitchen utensils, should be better cleaned. That's the only thing to point out.
