Didnt like from first onwardsss. No neatness, The place not in the town area. Very difficult to reach there. Also we showed the booking details, confirmation details and they shouted at us that the booking app didnt pay so we have to extra cash . It was too clumsy. I recommend not to select this place to stay, it will ruin your whole trip.

Have paid through online and had a confirmation number and when i had checked in, staff said that I have no booking and was asked to pay the amount once again, very very bad,..

better not to stay henceforth

It was a scam where the app says we have to pay first for booking. But the management at the hotel says at the last minute that the payment through the app is not accepted and that we have to pay again. Ended up paying for the entire night without staying there

The same property takes booking from multiple websites. But asks again book offline at the property.🤣🤣🤣

The property knows a loop hole in the online booking and try to apply that. The online booking costs less, so the property says that he doesn’t receive any money from the third party booking. Asks to book on spot and charges more. If anything asked he is not ready to answer anything or replies I don’t know. If anyone wants to learn conning please book a room here and take free coaching…

Unfortunately nothing

We arrived late 1am as previously advised to the hotel via messages. The night porter claimed we had not paid despite the form he had showing we had prepaid our stay and confirmation via our bank account. To get the key the night porter demanded 1000Rs for our room. It was 1am so we paid it as we had an early train to catch. The room was ok but no toiletries or toilet roll and no water from sink. After messaging the hotel via booking.com it appears we were marked as not turning up. It seems the night porter scammed us. Such a shame as everywhere else we have stayed in India has been so good over the last 4 trips.

There was nothing to like. The manager doesn't want to incorporate a request for an extra blanket even.

Water is not coming, ac not working, No hot water coming, no one on reception I am calling for 100 time no one is receiving my call no response. i like that the bed mattress is very comfortable, The clean room.
