"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)."This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Très bon appartement avec place de parking en sous sol Très bien placé, très bien pour 3 ou 4 personnes Belle terrasse De bon restaurant aux alentours

Ils avaient oublié les draps pour le canapé-lit donc une nuit sans drap Peut être un peu plus d'ustensiles serait un plus

Os quartos são limpos. Há sacos de chá e café antes da primeira ida à loja. Há um fogão e uma máquina de café. A loja fica muito perto. Muito boa frente de mar tem uma área de lazer e piscinas pagas. Há espaço na garagem, o que foi muito importante para nós.

As escadas de acesso à loja Pingo Dose ficam mesmo à porta da casa, mas muito sujas e com cheiros desagradáveis. Tivemos que percorrer uma pequena distância de cerca de 100 metros.

Posizione molto comoda, intorno si ha tutto, supermercati/bar/ristoranti/spiagge, un’ottima alternativa se si vuole una zona più tranquilla rispetto a quella che può essere un soggiorno a Funchal. Molto carina la casa con il terrazzino

Purtroppo in casa era presente davvero il minimo indispensabile, nessuno straccio o prodotto per pulire, no olio,sale,aceto, scottex quasi finito, di carta igienica solo 2 rotoli, ci aspettavamo almeno 2 cialde per il caffè già pronte o una bottiglietta d’acqua da avere per la mattina ( il nostro volo è atterrato la sera tardi ); abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto e ovviamente abbiamo lasciato tutto in casa poiché impossibilitate a portare le cose in aereo e con la speranza che i prossimi ospiti trovino qualche “coccola” in più. Per il resto un ottimo appoggio per girare l’isola.
