Apto con piscina en la zona de Castillo

I liked the location close to busy bars and restaurants.

There were some small damages in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. I am still waiting for the return of the deposit I paid.

The location was excellent.

The bed as it seemed to roll you into the middle.

The only positives were the swimming pool, which my husband and child enjoyed, and the convenient location close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious.

The apartment is very old and really needs renovation. The furniture is worn out, the beds squeak, and you can hear everything from the other bedroom. It’s located on an extremely noisy street – loud karaoke and bar music go on until around 2 a.m., followed by bright lights and street noise until early morning. There is no air conditioning, so you can’t close the windows, and the old fans don’t help much. There are no mosquito screens or blackout blinds, which makes it hard to rest. On some days, the tap water was oily and smelled like diesel, and the sewage also had an unpleasant odor. We also had to unlock the gate for other tourists so they could access our courtyard to leave a key in our key safe – very inappropriate and uncomfortable. Because of the heat, we had to book a hotel for a few nights just to get some sleep, even though we had already paid for this apartment. Unfortunately, the place is not suitable for anyone looking for peace and comfort.

Necesita reparación, nuestra niña se ha caido por la escalera debido al pisó sobrepuesto terminamos en el hospital la segunda noche de estancia y el ultimo dia me clave un vidreo en el pie cuando sali de la piscina........ La piscina no es un buen ambiente la primera vez que fuimos habían adolescentes haciendo y diciendo lo que querían, vocabulario obsceno y vulgar delante de niños pequeños saltando a la piscina de una manera peligrosa para todos tanto para las propias instalaciones que las dañan como para los allí presentes... Ponen musica, Fuman y demas ........ El ultimo dia de piscina fue tranquilo pero me clave en el pie un vidreo...... Mi hijo pequeño se levantó una uña del pie debido al estado del piso de la piscina...... Quiero tambien decir que...... Nada mas llevar vimos que habia una mesa de noche descolgada..... Y tuvimos que limpiar uno de los ventiladores que tenia tierra pegada ...... La terraza esta muy mal necesita un toldo y reparación......( Muy pocos enchufes) La primera vez que tengo tantas cosas negativas de un lugar

The property is in a bad state and the ppl that oversee it where no help when at 73 old I had to climb over the wall to access the key safe ripped bed Sheets 1 bath & 1 hand towel for 2 weeks a mop with no stick told to go out and buy a mop then told a pool card was left for apartment but it wasn’t for us then come back to someone taken it and left key safe Poe this is the worst apparent we have stayed in and we visit the island 3 times a year never will go with home for guest again I also have loads of pictures of the state of property which I will be putting on social media soon 😡

Spacious & clean & good location. We'd stay here again.

A few things need some TLC but nothing spoilt our lovely stay.
