Modern 3 bedroom caravan near the beach

the property was neat , stocked with all appliances you would need in your own home and close to amenities. a real home away from home.

Location was fantastic caravan was excellent

. I just found the beds very soft everyone else was OK

very clean and tidy. bright and plenty of space for 6 adults and the two dogs. good location. only a short walk from the beach. comfy beds and sofa was comfy and plenty big enough for all us adults.

unfortunately, there is no paths from the road and car parks to the caravan like the other caravans around the site. it had been raining a lot and the grass was so sodden and puddles and muddy everywhere if it was very hard to keep the caravan clean with the dogs because it was so muddy. single beds are very narrow and not very long so can be a little uncomfortable if you are tall and a bigger person but was fine for us.

Needed somewhere for a family party near by, was brilliant - hosts really helpful, clean & warm caravan. Kids are demanding we go back when it's fully open in the summer

We liked the caravans quiet area and within walking distance of everything needed. The pool area and facilities looked nice however it was out of season for those. The caravan was very clean with plenty of room. The beds very comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The full size fridge freezer was a great idea. The heating was not turned on so it was chilly until we got the heat turned up then it was very cosy. there were enough things in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of cutlery, plates etc.

The only thing we disliked was there is no concrete path to the caravan which meant we had to walk on the very wet and muddy grass to get to the car. Carrying a suitcase because it could not be pulled along would of been a big problem for some people. Having a path put to all of the caravans on site would stop them getting muddy as you go in.

it’s a really cosy and lovely space, fit my filming crew perfectly along with the kit, the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms are perfect and we’ll stocked.

the oven was a bit confusing but after watching a video it was fine
