Pool overlooking Castro is the highlight, easy access to Marina (10min) and also 10min from Old city

Some small issue with water pump leak (from swimming pool), but was fixed by staff

Christina was an exceptional host, thank you.

Our accommodation was excellent, however we did not have access to the swimming pools pictured in their advertisement. Also there were no views from our apartment due to high walls surrounding it. There are 3 properties, 2 have swimming pools and the 3rd has a Jacuzzi. It doesn't mention this when we booked the property.

Great location, very clean and comfortable.

It's a newly built/renovated place, decent view, spacious, in a good neighbourhood, lots of sunlight. Kitchen is well designed and gives you plenty of space to work with. The town is walkable and all amenities are pretty close. Bathrooms are really good and pretty clean. Our host, Christina gave us a warm welcome and had plenty of tips for us.

First of all - their Booking account got hacked and I kept getting messages on Whatsapp from fake "hosts" and "managers" about my stay and how my payment was not successful. I got contacted by at least 3 accounts that I remember. The hackers tried to make us pay for the entire stay again. Secondly, the property failed to inform us about the 100 EUR pet fee, 15 EUR linen fee per person and 15 EUR towel fee per person when we booked, but only did that 2 hours before our checkin time. They did not list these expenses on the property page on Booking under facilities/services or description. After a lot of back and forth with booking they waived the fees but this is such a bad way to operate things. They also forced all communication through Whatsapp istead of Booking chat. As a customer I want to be informed of any extra charge at the time I am making the booking, not when I'm already there. Kitchen was not properly equipped, they only supply the bare minimum kitchenware. There are 3 pots and 2 non-stick pans, basic cuttlery, 1 metal spatula and 1 metal pasta grabber (metal damages the non stick surface so you don't have anything to cook with on a non stick). The knives are a disaster - if you want to cook here you have to bring your own knife bag. They only have steak knives. There is no pantry space for your own items, you have to rearrange it. No cleaning tools - like a mop, broom, vacuum cleaner etc. are supplied. You have to bring your own. The hot tub was okay for the most part but by the end of our stay the water was overly treated by chemicals it bleached our swimsuits. I don't think they ever changed the water, just added more and more chemicals. It made the hot tub unusable. One wall in the bedroom developed some mold. Altho it's newly built there are certain parts where you can see the damage done by the moisture.

The villa was very spacious and clean with a minimalist accent. The location was excellent with views of the marina and sea. It was very quiet and private. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Good wifi connection. A short walk down to the marina where there's a cafe and shop and a short walk up to the castle and supermarket. On site parking.

The beds were too hard. No fully covered area to sit out when raining which would have been nice. If you're not very fit then you'll struggle as it's stairs up or down to get anywhere. Nearly all local restaurants were closed as it was the end of November but as a result it was very quiet and peaceful. You need to have your own netflix or prime account.

This place (Jacuzzi villa) has been finished to a really high spec in all the fixtures and fittings. Kitchen is well specced and stocked with everything you need to cook. Lovely bathrooms. We appreciated the welcome wine, water and snacks and the dressing gowns were a nice touch. They were also very helpful in accommodating an early check in. Instructions were really clear and easy to follow to find and check in. We though the location was perfect, 10 mins to the marina and same to the centro storico. End October lots of restaurants were closed but we had a couple of lovely meals in Underground. Nice views although the sea view in the listing I think is taken from the car park area on the top. Not visible from our terrace but it didn’t bother us. The jacuzzi was great, not sure if it was supposed to be heated so maybe some instructions on that in the apartment would be good. Dedicated parking handy.

We had high hopes for this place and it nearly delivered. The jacuzzi villa is on the bottom. As a plus we had privacy from the road. As a minus we heard everything from the people staying above. Talking, music, dragging chairs around, kids running around. I don’t think they were being noisy, there just must be zero insulation and with all the tiles and lack of soft furnishings the acoustics were just bad. The luxury aspect is let down by scratchy old sheets, a thin blanket (it was cold overnight when we were there end October so proper blankets need to be provided). Why have soap dispensers then leave them empty and provide plastic sachets of soap? Not a good eco choice and surely to refill soap dispensers from bulk bottles would be cheaper. Sofa in the living room is really uncomfortable. We brought our sofa bed from our room to allow us to sit as a family in the living room as the sofa wasn’t big enough for 4 of us. Just need to bring other aspects in line with the ‘luxury offering’.
