Comfy Apartment in Las Americas air condition

This place is really good and in a really good location. Easy to find and get into and i didn’t find that it was too loud at all.

I can't really mention a thing that we liked. This was such a bad experience for us that we can't express it. Maybe the only thing was that they reacted to our complaints and solved some of the many issues.

The apartment was infested with cockroaches. I still can't believe how a place with this issue is still open. Everything was dirty. Under the main door, there was more than 1cm of gap, so the place was very drafty. When there was wind, the whole apartment started to smell of feces for some reason. When we arrived, the cable of the washing machine had just melted, causing no electricity in half of the apartment. The noise during the night never stops until around 1 am, so sleeping is very hard here. I can continue with things like thick limescale in the kettle or mold in the shower, but I guess you can imagine.

Great location Beds and pillows not great Could do with upgrading to look more like the photos Linen and towels could also do with being replaced.

This Apartment was in such an amazing location very close to the party strip and very central for everything. The owner was lovely and helped us to find the place before arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better property or a better property owner!

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was very clean and even better than we had imagined!

Did not like entrance to apartments very dark and dingy. Would not book this apartment again
