Excellent location. Lovely, very well equipped apartment. Very good communication with staff.

Like other have said, the windows don’t open so, even when it wasn’t super hot, it was very stuffy which at times made it really uncomfortable with 5 people.

The location was good, the apartment was clean modern.

If you park to unload bags etc. for more than 4 minutes expect a parking ticket. (We was lucky to meet the person in charge and got it voided) The windows don’t open and it was very warm. It’s not straight forward either collecting the keys or finding the room on first visit. Lacking signage for rooms and for emergency exits. Note all the above is a building management issue and not the apartment owners.

Absolutely nothing

I booked a property online with booking.com. On arrival the door to the main door of the property had been smashed and boarded up. The front door had loads of rubbish outside and absolutely stunk. It continued throughout the whole place and rooms including the kitchen and bedroom. When I walked into the property it looked like it had been vandalised, paint thrown all over. A old mattress with paint on was in the room where you collect the keys. The property felt unsafe. The place itself was absolutely filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests. As a young girl travelling on her own, I did not feel safe so I phoned the help line to tell them I will not be staying as it’s not as described and I felt unsafe, they told me I could not cancel, I said I am not cancelling I here but it’s absolutely disgusting so I will not be staying and requested a refund. I emailed them the photos. They said they will look at moving me into another property, which I waiting over an hour for them to get back to me. When I rang them again she said for me to request a cancellation online and I will receive a refund which I have done this and I haven’t heard anything back from them and get to receive a refund.
