GBThe apartment is in a quiet location very close to the beach and a short walk into EL Cotillo. The apartment feels modern and was spotlessly clean with everything you need and the balcony is the perfect sundowner spot with a view of the sunset and the sea. Communication was easy, quick and friendly.
CHThe apartment was super cute! Very clean, modern and with a nice view! We had a really comfortable stay. Although we really enjoyed the location, please note that you will really struggle without a car.
I don’t know if it’s a common issue at this location or there was something with the apartment but there were a looooot of flies, it was impossible to keep any small lights on at night and we couldn’t get rid of them
BESuperbe et joli petit appartement, bien équipé, rien n'y manque. Terrasse agréable, situé à la fin de El Cotillo sur la route du phare. Très calme, plage à 200 mètres.
A big issue, THE FRONT DOOR. Our first night was horrible since it was very windy (normal on this island) and know the wind is able to pass trough the seal of the door making a loud, very loud noise like a train!!! We have recorded the noise (we can share it if necessary). We bought some construction tape and place it between the door and the wall but it did not do anything. If you rent this apartment make sure that this issue is solved by the owner. If there is no wind, there is no issue. Once we realized the issue, we contacted the owner who at first said it was normal due to the wind but after the first night they came and worked on the door seal which helped but has not solved the issue by strong wind. I do not want to be negative because this is a beautiful apartment well equipped with a good location but it has an issue to be solved. Ps: A last note on the subject, a neighbour could hear the noise from the outside and asked us what was going on???)
GBLovely friendly (and very helpful) host. Great location for the best part of the beach. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a quiet holiday away from the busier areas.
Should have rented a car but will know for next time!
ESThe staff were excellent, really caring and understanding and we are very grateful to them for this. The apartment is very nicely decorated and extremely well equipped, really top notch. Plenty of plugs, fast internet, nice towels, fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't cook anything), even bathroom toiletries were included. I can't compliment the host enough in this regard!
We had a problem with the booking.com platform that complicated our stay. The booking.com support were essentially useless but the apartment hosts we're great and helped us solve our problem.
