2 storey Camella Homes in Pagadian City

Biggest ripoff in the Philippines...its listed as a rental , but when its leased or rented and your Credit Card's hit..... Suddenly you find out that its not available.. I lost 2 or 3K on the whole senerios. Forcing me to find something at the last minute for 11 people.. Highly pissed off over the entire situation

The things i like about the property are as follows: 1. Near in the airport. 2. Quite place and safe. 3. The owner quite responsive as to our immediate needs of his choice. 4. The tv , netflix, rice cooker, electric stove, mug , cup, spoon, fork, heater, plate, fridge, casserol, bread toaster, cooking pot, fry pan , hot and cold water dispenser, salt and pepper, knife, scissor, cutting board , spatula, dish washing soap,dinning table and chairs, aircon , electricfan , broom are all good and working in good condition.

The things i dont like about are as follows: 1. The living room sliding windows locked is damaged even though i reported it to the owner immediately but he just said he will send a repair guy but no show. 2. Files of dirty garbage outside beside of the properties itself wherein mostly flies will go inside the house as soon as the door is open or window. 3. No window screen so flies and mosquitoes goes inside. 4. No exhaust fan or vent in the kitchen. So we end up coughing and full of smoke everytime we cooked as the air cant goes out , so our choice is to open the non screen sliding window in which the flies goes back and forth. 5. The toilet itself is not really clean . 6. The sliding window can easily be accessed by the rain water when it rains ,so me and my husband when we checked in we end up got a lot of water in the living area floor, we almost slide down almost got accident so scary. So i requested more rags to the owner and he send , but the window repair guy didnt shows. 7. Spider webs are everywhere in the kitchen, toilet , room, living area, as if it wasnt really clean! 8. I and my husband checked in and they only provided with one towel for couple. 9. So thin sheets of blanket . 10. The bed length from floor bed is about half meter which is so uncomfy as my husband is a big man 6”2ft so we are not that comfortable , the matress is too low and too shaky. 11. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable it keeps moving , too small for us and too low for us too we bend our knees reaching our chin everytime we sat ,as we both are tall guys. 12. The stairs are very dangerous when you go down as to pee everynight as no toilet in the room aboved. Dangerous because the steps on it is so small. 13. The outside owners helper was commanding us to throw the garbage that i should have to wake up at 5am to catch up the garbage truck, we are on vacation and we are paying of our stay, is that supposed her job? 14.

The parking was terrible. The place was run down. Not what I expected.

Not much.

The place was dirty. There was grease streaks on the doors, paint pealing, spiderwebs in corners especially in the bathroom. The windows looked like they weren’t cleaned for years. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the pictures are deceiving. We had one pot to cook with because the frying pan didn’t work with the hot plate. Host said it would be replaced next day and didn’t happen. The stay was very disappointing.

Its safe

The transportation could be difficult but they provided phone number to call a driver

Clean secured the owner was very nice and very cooperative and helpful he picked me up from the airport and arranged for me to rent a car

The location is excellence and easy to locate. Just 10 minutes Wy from the airport.

The electric stove should be cleaned or replace. The stove is short-circuit and electric shocked when touched. This is dangerous because it can cause injury to the guest(s).
