La vue était juste surprenante. C’était un des point positif de l’hôtel le deuxième point positif, tout était à côté, les magasin les restaurants, les bateau pour nous apporter sur l’autre coter de malaga. Si nous retournons ici ce que nous allons pas faire ça serait seulement pour la vue

Nous avons payer pour un hôtel lit double il nous ont donner un lit double mais c’était deux matelas collé ensemble pour un couple c’était horrible car y avais un trou qui faisait qu’on tomber au milieu. De plus nous avons preneur l’hôtel qui nous arrivons dans les environs de 13H quand nous sommes arrivé la chambre n’était pas prête le personnel n’avais pas notre réservation et ils était désagréable, “c’est vous qui devait appeler le personnel pour gérer cette situation pour qu’il trouve votre réservation” nous avons parler avec 3 differents personnes avant que une des personne nous dises votre Check in se fait à 16h. Après avoir fait plus de 5 heure de voyage c’était pas ce qu’on aurait souhaiter entendre. Nous avons payer un supplément pour qu’il garde nos valise en attendant notre chambre, quand nous sommes revenue à 16h la personne nous as donner les clefs, arrive devant la chambre une dame de chambre qui n’avait pas finit de nettoyer notre chambre elle était adorable mais ce n’est pas comme ça qu’on aurait souhaiter commencer notre séjour.

The location was only thing that was acceptable

I didn’t like the bed, it was so small and uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean, we only had one toilet paper for booked 8 nights, one small shampoo.

the tiny room was filthy, refrigerator chipped on the outside with food remnants inside,the terrace electrical accordion blinds stuck halfway up, then when I pressed the switch to open fully, it started to grind loudly and fall apart and stuck in down position leaving no access to the terrace. worst of all I was promised a topper mattress , two months ago for the sofa bed because my husband had knee and hip surgery. when we arrived, the topper mattress was not in the room. I texted Audrey and told her the room was filthy and mattress topper and she told me that it was dirty and being cleaned. and also to send her a picture of the dirt. so i had to sweep it all up and clean and send her the pictures of the dirt which i did. also we were only given one key to share which was very difficult to have to always meet up to get in the room. also they didnt have a pool key for us. I also tried calling Audrey directly but she never answered. I also took pictures to prove what a horrible place this is. we have stayed here in this building before in different apartment and were always pleased and assumed this would be pleasing as well. After 15 hours of flights, and arriving at 6pm, and so much going wrong, we had no choice but to scramble finding another apartment, at 730 pm, as there was no way my husband could sleep on this sofa without the promised mattress topper. I have now also seen other reviews also stating what a “grotesque “ sofa it is. This is a total disaster. It states that it is a studio, however broom closet would be more accurate. there is no where to put your clothes in, as the small dresser is already full of linens. The closet is full and only has about three hangers. You will be tripping over your suitcases and living out of them as there is no room for much more. Audrey did suggest putting our luggage on the terrace but it was impossible since the aluminum shade was stuck in the down position.

Location, cleanliness pool , very comfortable.

Everything was okay.
