The only thing I liked about the apartment was the balcony.

Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for guests. To begin with, the bathroom is essentially “fake” – it has a tank under the toilet (as shown in the listing photos) which accumulates waste. Even without using it extensively, there was a persistent unpleasant smell every day, both at the entrance and in the bathroom itself, even with the ventilation on. The kitchen is completely unfit for cooking. There are only two pots – one very large and one so tiny it can’t even hold a mug of water – and neither of them works with the induction stove. There is an “adapter” for the induction hob, but since it’s smaller than the only usable pot (the large one), it doesn’t function properly. Water never truly boils and it takes an extremely long time to cook pasta. So, essentially, the kitchen is useless. Additionally, there is no proper space for washing or storing dishes. As for the bedroom, it was not clean and had dust everywhere – we even found a dead fly on the floor when we arrived (see photo). The host also asked us to empty the air conditioning water container daily, which was quite inconvenient. Lastly, the apartment is about two kilometers from the city center, making the location less than ideal. Overall, the entire apartment had dust on most surfaces and a bad smell every time we returned. I do not recommend this property.

I stayed in this property for a couple of nights, absolutely one of the cleanest and newest apartments I’ve rented. The manager is a great guy, lovely conversations. Definitely recommend it
