The staff was very accommodating and over top nice they even carried our suitcases up the stairs, there was a bottle of nice wine waiting for us ,which was a great treat ,the location was the best ,it was right inthe historical district close to everything,but the best thing was the bus to shipload airport stopped right across the street,I recommend this place over any hotel

The Hazel House is nicely located. We loved the Hazel Cafe downstairs.

We stayed in the room at the top. It has very steep staircases. The bathroom door is not a full door. It is more like a toilet stall.

"Prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel in het koffie tentje"

De locatie.

Een ander stel van ons kon niet mee door ziekte, jammer dat er niets van tegemoetkoming was. Ik snap dit was heel last minute. maar toch. Kamer was nu ongebruikt, en er hoefde dus niet gepoetst te worden.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is in a perfect location for exploring the old town of Haarlem. The small coffee shop downstairs looked really nice but sadly we didn’t have time to try it. The staff were lovely.

It was a weekend and the street outside became really noisy with people hanging around all night and disturbing our sleep. Earplugs are provided by the owners and we would have used them but didn’t want to miss our alarm.
