"Experience depends on the unit — upper floors are great, but lower floors have noticeable humidity issues."

We stayed in three different units during our visit, so our experience was quite mixed. First, we stayed in an apartment with a terrace on the upper floor, and it was absolutely excellent — 10/10. It was bright, sunny, well-ventilated, with no issues related to air or humidity. The bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a lovely space. I would highly recommend this unit. After three nights, we moved to room 002 on the ground floor, and unfortunately this was a completely different experience. The room was very humid, with poor ventilation, and it is located facing a backyard area where fresh air hardly circulates. The air felt heavy and damp, and we had two very uncomfortable nights with poor sleep. Because of this, we asked to be moved. To the company’s credit, they handled this very well. Their communication was excellent, and they were kind and responsive in arranging a change. We were then moved to room 202 on the second floor. This was definitely better than the ground floor room, and more comfortable overall. However, the humidity issue was still noticeable, although not as severe as in room 002. In summary, the experience really depends on the unit. The upper-floor apartment with the terrace was outstanding, but the lower-floor rooms had significant humidity and ventilation issues that affected comfort and sleep. The staff and communication were excellent, but the air quality in some units should be improved.
