On the positive side, the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The building itself has been recently renovated and looks new. The rooms are visually appealing, and the décor is modern and tasteful.

However, there are several aspects that need improvement. The quality of the finishes is not very good, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. The pillows were also of poor quality. One of the main issues was the excessive noise. There was a very loud sound coming from the electric water heater, which made it difficult to sleep. The air-conditioning unit, which also functions as a heater, was equally noisy. In order to get some rest, we had to turn off both the water heater and the heating system. Unfortunately, this meant that during the night the room became very cold. Despite what appears to be insulation, the rooms were extremely cold overall, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. With some improvements in comfort and noise control, this property could offer a much better experience.
