Fig Tree Central Cambridge Apartment Walk to Colleges & River Cam

Location near city was ideal.

Parking. We booked as said it was free but not expecting to walk 10 minutes. Never used free space after arriving in dark after a 5 hour drive . I parked on road and then moved to nearby car park before 9am hwct day . It cost me £27 each day but at least it was safe. The noise from the flat above was unbelievable.. The first night our neighbours seemed to arrive at midnight and the noise of suitcases and footsteps moving in flat until 1am. The next night they left flat at in a taxi we were woken at 3am by the noice of suitcases and heavy footsteps again both times the staircase was very noisy. The second family has small children so again at 3:30 woken by them baby crying and adult moving around the flat for 1 hour. 7am woken by a child footsteps for 1 hour and then we could hear talking as if we were in the same flat. We couldn't believe how heavy footed people were and why they walked around so much

This is a very good property, exceeded expectation. Fully equiped with kitchen utensils

The booking confirmation was given really late. I had to call the property the morning of the date of stay to remind.

No parking spaces. Says 3 double beds on the description and there are 2 singles and one double. Upstairs were very noisy.
