Ty Ayla Premier Apartments - Roath Park

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man die Beleuchtung im Flur hätte ausschalten können. So ist diese in der Nacht bei Bewegung automatisch immer angegangen.

I liked the location

I was slightly disappointed with the communication from the host. I reached out about a broken cutlery drawer and was told someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived. I also mentioned concerns about cleanliness early on in the hope it could be addressed not to leave a negative review but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. It’s a shame, as good communication would have made a real difference to my stay. Outside had lots of cigarette butts so we did not use outside. I even reached out to offer to hoover myself and asked where the hoover was but did not get a response. Floors were very dirty unfortunately. Internet very hit and miss.

Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. Good location.

No drawers in the bedroom and only 6 hangers. I had to sleep with my suitcase on the bed as there was nowhere to put anything and no floor space. I found this flat by searching for disabled accommodation. There were 6 steps up to the front door in poor condition. We managed but others may not.

Lovely ground floor two bed apartment. Perfect for our needs. Very small bedrooms but room in the rest of the flat. Really comfy beds. Everything provided. Great to have a washing machine as we stayed quite a while. Location good for town centre but also for the local hospital, one reason for staying as visiting someone there daily.

Shower drain was blocked with hair and dirty. I emailed my complaint and it was sorted straight away. This would not stop me staying again. Just to say how well a complaint was dealt with.

The house is so clean and so comfortable all appliances working we were happy with our stay

When you use the word Premier on your apartment statement you had better make sure the fixtures and furnishings are. I walked in and I was very disappointed to say the least. The beds that they you are sleeping in are rock hard and its like sleeping on the floor and the pillows are rubbish. The living room/kitchen is also disappointing with four different bins around the television and in the kitchen. the hob is small and only has two rings, the oven is realistically just a grill. on your entrance to the front door there is no light and seeing the key pad you need a torch. The entrance to the apartment in mid winter is covered in leaves and needs cleaning up. The fixtures and furnishings are cheap. The bedrooms were very small and there was no cupboard to hang your clothes. To be perfectly honest I will not stay here ever again. Overpriced save your money and stay in a premier inn.
