"Relaxing and comfortable, perfect for a break."

Lovely, spacious accommodation, helpful hosts, great location within walking distance of Lincoln, parking space was a real bonus. It was nice to have wine, biscuits, crackers, tea and coffee at the house when we arrived.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

Everything - the house is beautiful

Only things I would comment on is there are no warnings about how hot the water is & some of the doors upstairs were a little stiff to open

Location was spot on. Right in the heart of the city centre - perfect. The property was beautifully presented and clean. Great communication from the owner who checked in with us to check all was ok. Had parking aswell which was really convenient considering the location. Little courtyard garden was lovely aswell and is a little sun trap.

I really can't think of anything!

Great location. Free off road parking space. Very clean and spacious. Bottle of wine in the fridge and tea and coffee available. Great communication with owner. Folder with local information and recommendations. Perfect for our requirements.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property. It is an easy walk into the city centre but a bit of a steep climb up to the castle area.

"A comfortable roomy cottage, perfect for a weekend exploring Lincoln."

We were only a 5 min walk from lincoln castle, so a great location. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay and all the little extras, initial tea and coffee and wine on arrival, were very welcoming.

Nothing it was perfect, although if you had imagined Lincoln was flat Steep Hill will be a shock! Also the cottage has stairs to the road so perhaps not for those with mobility issues.

brilliant location everything in the house we needed all pots and pans in the kitchen clear instructions on how to use things would reccomend and would book again if and when we return to lincoln really excellent for walks into the city and local restaraunts
