Very unpleasant stay. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. They charged a fee of 40€ for late check-in after 10 pm, which was the first time I experienced this. 1. The air conditioner was not working properly, and despite trying to reach out to the owner for help for 2 out of the 3 days, NOTHING was done except for the response, “If there is something I can do, please let me know.” Yes, you can give me a discount if the air conditioning is not working during the warmer days in Italy! Even the owner couldn’t manage to turn it on while showing us the apartment on the first night. 2. The fridge was not working and was smelling. When I tried to inform the owner, the response was, “It’s not a fridge; it’s a place for wine, and that’s why the temperature is not as cold as a fridge.” No, it is a fridge, as it is listed in the Facilities section, but I am paying for something I cannot use. 3. The shelves were broken, and you couldn’t place anything on them. 4. There wasn’t any space in the so-called wardrobe, and you couldn’t put your clothes in it. 5. The toilet plate where you push the buttons to flush was broken and fell off every time you pushed it.

The worst experience at an apartment, and trust me, I travel a lot! If you are considering going to this place, please read about my experience first! 1. The communication with the owner was terrible. Always answering late ( after hours) and never able to help us. You are not allowed to call her, her profile picture from WhatsApp says “No calls, just text”. We established to meet at a certain hour in front of the building. She did not only let us to wait for her outside in sun during a very canicular day, but she also answered to our message after a long time. She didn’t even bother to give us an access code to the building so that we would not have to wait for her outside. When we finally met, she didn’t even say “hello/ciao/salut/ I am…/ glad to meet and have you here”. Apparently, manners are not included in the price. 2. Beautiful room, not very clean, with cupboards FULL OF BOXES, CLEAN PRODUCTS and a lot of other things that were not supposed to be there. We didn’t have a place to put our things and clothes, so we had to keep everything in our luggage. The shelf was broken, if you would put something on it, it would fall. 3. We had a coffee machine, a dolce gusto one. At first we appreciated it and we asked where we can find some coffee capsules for the coffee machine. She told us to go to the store. 4. The owner was so generous to give us 2 toilet paper rolls, but given the fact that we stayed for 5 days, you can tell that those were not enough. We asked for more, she sent us to the store. The first time this is happening. Every complain that we had, she was saying that this is the way an apartment booking works, that this is Italy. I TOTALLY DISAGREE, since this my 6th time in Italy and I only met wonderful owners. 5. The air conditioning was set to stop after a while, probably to reduce the consumption. Very hard to turn on, it was quite a journey. 6. The toilet brush was also broken and extremely dirty. 7. THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING!!!!

The apartment is clean,the location is great near the station from where you can catch the train or bus and go to Alberobelo,Matera,etc.Everything is excellent only the street is a little bit noisy but when you close the window is OK.

Location very close to the Train station. Large apartment with outdoor terrace on the road below, served with lift.

Very few towels given for 3 night stay. AC very complicated to operate, it should be controlled by a simple on/off button. Fridge does not work.

The location. It is immediately next to the train station. They were really kind to let us leave our stuff at the apartment before the check in.

It vas very noisy, the air conditioner was not working properly, the water is goofing out of the shower.

The room was really clean and al the facilities were new.
