Seamus was on site to meet us on arrival, the house was brilliant. The fire was lit and the house was warm we had milk and bread tea and coffee supplied. It was a great weekend a little 20 min walk to Downings. Great house

"Our stay was really relaxing with breathtaking breach walks."

Location was stunning. The property views were just breathtaking. Séamus left more peat for the fire which was used as I love an open fire. The house had all the equipment required. We eat out in Downings and also Ate in. It was just perfect. If you get a chance walk along Tramore Beach(right turn before Rosapenna Hotel) it’s stunning and so quiet.

Honestly absolutely nothing. Everything was great.

Seamus was very welcoming, everything we needed was supplied, tea, coffee, fresh bread, butter preserves, cleaning materials and even turf for fire and matches. Amazing!!!!!
