El patio tan grande que tenía y la cama de matrimonio y la ducha porque me gusta ducharme con mi pareja.

El frigorífico tenía mucho hielo para mí gusto deberían haberlo limpiado

L'appartement est très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. Ils répondent très rapidement aux messages. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé pour une famille de 5/6 personnes. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces et les ventilateurs au plafond font du bien avec la chaleur de Séville. Le parking souterrain est bien, mais pour les grandes voitures un peu juste. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont fournis. La bouteille de bienvenue à notre arrivée nous a ravi. Supermarché à côté, arrêt de bus et métro à 5 min, le stade du FC Séville à proximité. Vraiment je recommande à 100%

La propriétaire est très gentille, elle est réactive et disponible. L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit et suffisant pour un court séjour. Pour des raisons exceptionnelles la télévision était absente mais pour une soirée elle ne nous a pas manquée. La chambre est confortable et la salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner très tôt dans la patio est agréable.

En arrivant nous n'avons pas trouvé la clé dans la boîte la propriétaire s'est malheureusement faite cambriolée avant notre arrivée. Elle nous a gentillement proposé de nous rembourser la nuit mais nous avons pensé qu'elle devait plutôt utiliser cet argent pour se racheter l'écran plat qui lui a été dérobé.

The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located, close to all amenities. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. The check-in went very smoothly and without any issues, which made our arrival even more pleasant. A special thanks to Cristina (the host), she is such a kind and helpful person, always available and ready to assist.

I agree with all the other reviewers and would be giving this apartment a 9 or 10, but....

NOISE NOISE NOISE. We were woken just after 8am every week day by the sound of drilling, jack hammering. This was unbearable and we had to get out of the apartment as quickly as possible., so no chance for the leisurely breakfasts we had planned on the terrace. Some building work is taking place on a higher floor or roof of the building the apartment is in so the noise is unavoidable and in every room of the building. When we returned , always after 4pm the work had stopped.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this property in Seville was absolutely perfect. From the start, the instructions were clear, and the host was incredibly welcoming, offering great recommendations on places to visit. The thoughtful touch of wine and snacks was much appreciated. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was easily accessible, and having parking available was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely terrace that made it even better. Honestly, the only downside was that I didn’t want to leave—I could happily live there! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville.

Nothing not to like. This place was perfect.

Location, enclosed patio very nice to come home to, there was a guaranteed protected parking which we did not use because the opening was tight for a medium size car. However we found street parking within the same block.
