Normally people end their holidays in Sri Lanka by staying in Negombo for their last few says because it is close to the airport. We stayed here for full two happy weeks for holiday, from 30.01.2025 to 12.02.2025. The central location of the apartment was excellent, only 150 m to the beach across the road. A pleasant and peaceful place to stay with friendly and helpful staff, also recommending good restaurants. We stayed at 11 th floor, so only very few mosquitos. Sun shining all the day to the balcony. The safe which was missing the first day, was delivered us on our second day of stay. Good WiFi and A/C. Nice pool area in the top floor, even with a restaurant (but no alcohol beverages). When coming to Negombo again, we would be staying here.

I really enjoyed..... Such a greatest place to spend your leisure time.... Very comfortable.... No issues..... No disturb.... Friendly staff..... Nice view.....!!! Negombo's no 1 place.... I guranteed.....

I liked all in general. Super easy location almost in the centre . Around there are cozy sea food restaurants and some pubs too. Close to Negombo attractions and Airport.
