只有一張房卡且必需插在感應區，不能換其他卡。半夜離開房間去外面，請櫃檯幫忙開房門，開了3次都失敗，我電梯來回跑了三趟，最後請工作人員協同上樓，到門口再遠端開門才成功……太麻煩了。下次不會再來住了，而且早餐很普通。

Room was different to one pictured, but the rooftop pool was a nice surprise! The pool had a jacuzzi, super jet and foot massage installed, all were so much fun! Enjoyed a night swim! The indoor jacuzzi was MASSIVE, the stone interior was beautiful, great to relax in after a day aight seeing. The room was huge! Staff could speak English and were friendly. Shower was big with multiple functions.

Door was left open upon arrival, as a woman staying on my own (also so many roaches on the street) I was not comfortable with this. Once it was locked and closed, it was very flimsy. Windows and blinds were open everywhere, once again safety is very worrying. Despite entering by elevator, the actual room is up two flights of stairs, difficult to carry suitcase up. The decor bridge was painful to walk on and not sure how I was supposed to walk to the bedroom without stepping on the pointy rock path. Sauna didn’t work. No wifi. Was shocked that the toilet couldn’t flush toilet paper with the price of the room and only given hand tissues to wipe with??? Lack of amenities for price. No plug sockets by bed or around sitting area. Non of the TVs worked/were broken. Overall the center space definitely was helping age and needs to be updated.

Location was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The motel room we got was giant, big bed, lots of space, cool lights.

To be fair this was a ‘love motel’ and I wasn’t aware as the name made it not super obvious, I guess I should’ve known. If it was clean, I would’ve been ok with it. But it wasn’t clean, lots of visible stains on the floor and furniture. I was afraid to walk on some of the areas. The whole bathroom area was open and no doors, a bit of privacy in the toilet at least might have been nice. The whole place stunk of cigarettes. Was not a happy experience, we left to find a different hotel after one night.
