HUSize, the terrace, quiet for good sleep
Water pressure in the shower extremely low, hard to take a shower. Water temperature either too hot or cold. Info: the high stairs are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
USI stayed at another property on the malecon before Delia's but I felt confined. I booked Delia's unit on the highest floor and it was perfect. Lots of light, a terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning, full kitchen, drinking water dispenser, great AC unit, fast wifi, a hammock on the rooftop with a 360 degree view, and it was quiet. It was a quick walk to stores and restaurants. But the best part was Delia's hospitality. She was very accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. If I needed anything or had questions, her response or resolution was almost immediate. Her son was always available to help as well. They're a great team. The only regret was staying at another property first instead of Delia's for the whole trip.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was perfect for me. However, if someone has problems with stairs then one of the other units is probably a better option than the top apartment.
