Very good contact with the host, good location, near the metro station.

There are 4 AC in the apartment, 2 are broken, 1 is working badly. The sofa was pressed through. The apartment needs cosmetic renovation because all the walls are dirty and the flooring is very old. The fridge was dirty. Light in the bathroom was blinking. There were no any cosmetics like shower gel, even soap. No tea/coffee, only salt. The photos are much better than the original.

The location

Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication and Misleading Presentation I booked this property based on its central location and modern appearance in the photos, but the reality was very different and quite distressing. The building entrance was covered in graffiti and scattered with broken glass, which created an unsafe and unwelcoming first impression. Inside, the apartment was not clean upon arrival and was equipped with only the bare minimum. The furniture was stained and worn – especially the wicker-style sofas – which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the kitchen area did not work properly, which seemed to lead to an issue with neighbours who left a threatening and offensive message outside the door. This made me feel unsafe during the stay. To make matters worse, a constant unpleasant smell – resembling sewage – entered the apartment from the inner courtyard throughout the day. I contacted the property via the email they had provided as soon as issues arose but received no reply during my stay. Only after I left did they respond, denying I had contacted them, despite me providing timestamped emails with delivery confirmation. I was also accused of blackmail simply for requesting a partial refund, which I found deeply offensive. The only redeeming feature of this property is its central location, which is indeed convenient. However, this does not make up for the poor condition of the apartment, lack of essential amenities, and lack of professional communication or support from the hosts. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The central location

Our stay in this accommodation was far from what we expected. The most frustrating part was being locked out of the building, with the host repeatedly insisting that no one else had reported the issue—essentially dismissing my concerns rather than addressing them. This was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. On top of that, the apartment itself had serious issues. Both toilets had significant mould, and the ceiling in the large bathroom looked like a safety hazard, as if it was about to collapse. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service when we checked out, forcing us to carry our luggage down seven floors. Problems can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the response to these issues was neither professional nor proactive, making our stay far below the quality we expected. If you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different accommodation. The lack of responsiveness, poor maintenance, and overall experience made our time here frustrating rather than enjoyable. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Everything was as described. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and warm. The area is safe and easily accessible.

Position

It was dirty with some home furnishings broken and in one of the flats there were cockroaches. There was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and when I told all these problems to the property, they replied that I was asking for a discount.

Great location. Great communication.

The place has very old furniture, the couch is a wreck, no TV service but some internet apps on a weird smart TV. Secondary bathroom with no soap at all. Primary bathroom with a bad smell. And the worst thing off all, the place is a smoking place (irrespective of the sign with no smoking). Trust me, it's not about a recent cigarette, it's a generally smoking place 💯. The pictures are well above the reality.
