La posizione ottima, centrale ma con parcheggio comodo sui Viali, a pochi metri. Pulizia, appartamento ben areato, la comodità del self check in. La comodità di aver la lavatrice, la cucina ed il frigo. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Indeed - as written o Booking there is no mobile network working in the apartment. I once needed to make an important call and had to go outside. It would be nice to do a checkout time at 11:00 (not 10:00). Grazie!

Very central for the old town and could walk to most places. Good instructions and signage (everywhere!!😳) Kitchen had all you could need and bedroom was comfortable.

The bathroom was tiny - shower wasn’t for the large person. The lounge had all you needed but was very small and quite dark. But perfect if you are only there a short time.

I would recommend this apartment to everyone! It's great! Located in the heart of Modena a few steps from all the attractions. Everything you see in the photos is exactly like this and even more! Clean beautifully with everything you need for a complete and comfortable stay. The hosts were there for any questions. Definitely a 10 for them! Everything great !!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming apartment in the historic center of Modena, hosted by the wonderful Riccardo. From the moment I arrived, Riccardo's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I entered the apartment using a code, which was quite interesting—no keys necessary! Just be sure to have your phone with you and charged at all times. Riccardo went above and beyond to secure a car permit for me, allowing me to park conveniently right in front of the door. This was especially fortunate given the busy period of the Euro football matches - please mind that you can't reserve the parking space, but you are allowed to enter the historic center with your car and park on free blue parkings spots. If there are no free parking spots you can always park on payable parking spots just few block away (free after 8pm). The apartment itself is located in the first flor and is reached with few steps, well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Whether you're planning a quick visit or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need here. The location in the heart of Modena's historic center is unbeatable, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. There are few bars just few steps away. There was a minor issue with the shower (low water pressure) during my stay, but Riccardo handled it promptly and efficiently, ensuring it didn't affect my overall experience. His responsiveness and dedication to providing a comfortable stay are truly commendable. Despite only staying for one night, I had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Modena, this apartment is an excellent choice.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay, but if I were to stay longer, it would be helpful to have night lamps on the bedside tables - because i like to read before going to sleep. I think some guests would appreciate this addition for added convenience and comfort during their stay.

It was little difficult to use the code to enter the appartment .It was dark and very small figures on the email. It can be better and easier to enter the appartment. Othervise,very nice Tony
