Romantic Chiado 7 -Private small single room with No Outside Window

The room and bathroom were clean and functional. Interiors well kept to be an old building Walking distance to main attractions and transit My room had a ventilator. Enough to keep the room cool

•To start the staff, Abu wasn't helpful at all. I had to ask for the code to get in once I arrived because he never provided ahead I had to chase him to give me detailed info. •Then the building is TOO old and not very good looking from outside and inside •It's scary to get in. Then the stairs are completely DARK no matter what time of the day is, I had to turn on the light of my phone to see my steps. •The fact that it doesn't have lift is a turn-off, especially when carrying luggage •i found in one of the bathrooms a giant cockroach walking towards me. That was horrible!!

The location is superb, right in the heart of the bohemian Lisbon. Close to everything.

Lack of facilities, bedroom and bathroom not well equipped. (i.e: hair dryer, tiny mirror) Just the basic. No cabinets or shelves in the toilets, shower gel was on the floor. For such a big bathroom it deserves an upgrade. The ads led me to believe I was renting the whole apartment, instead I rented a room in a shared apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom.

Fantastic location. Great place to have a sleep and go out to town.

Good price to location ratio.

I booked small room with no window and it was actually really small. Not ideal clean, but approvable. During morning it wasnt warm water in common bathroom.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable House keeping service by host/cleaner everyday keeping the common area very clean Location is strategic worth the money
