Romantic Escape city centre - Jacuzzi Parking

El apartamento estaba bien ubicado y tenía parking que es importante si vas con coche. El apartamento era moderno y muy bonito.

Elegí pagar más por ir a este apartamento por el jacuzzi. Pero la decepción fue que no funciona. Ya vi algún comentario anterior… tardas un buen rato para llenarlo con agua caliente y cuando puedes meterte el tapón no cierra bien y se va perdiendo el agua por lo que solo pudimos estar 10 minutos. Al haber usado tanto tiempo llenándolo con agua caliente ya no me podía duchar hasta el día siguiente porque solo salía agua fría. Me mandaron muchísimos mensajes tanto email como por WhatsApp que resulta bastante agobiante además que lo importante que eran las instrucciones de coger las llaves me las mandan a través de un enlace que no me funcionaba…. Cuando llegué había copas de vino sucias de otras personas, también elegí este apartamento para poder cocinar pero ponen placa de inducción con ollas y sartenes de vitro por lo que no puedes cocinar… y para rematar al día siguiente me levanté con una cucaracha en el baño. Es una pena porque es un apartamento muy top que la mala gestión hace que sea una estancia bastante desagradable… tampoco funcionaba el aire del salón ya que hace frío y queríamos poner la calefacción. Ojalá que pudieran solucionar estas cosas ya que los pequeños detalles cuentan.

We loved the space in general and the facilities for two people we were really happy to have a functional kitchen, lounge, bathroom, big bedroom and with a was lots of hanging space. It was central and easy to get to both the train station and into Como town.

There wasn’t anything major that stood out that we didn’t like exactly, only a couple of minor things that would improve the stay. The hot tub bath plug was tricky to use and didn’t hold water very well. The kitchen requires more pots and pans that are suitable for an induction stove because the plates with normal pots worked but were not very efficient.
