The property is good. The living and dining room is the best part. Washrooms and rooms are also huge and well kept.

Too many insects and frogs but its nothing out of the ordinary. Be mindful of closing the doors whenever you enter and exit.

The location was a 1.5hr drive from Kolkata, away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the city. The area is huge and so are the rooms. The staff are friendly. At night the place becomes really peaceful, didn’t face any insect problem even though it was amidst green. There wasn’t any security issue as well.

The reservation procedure on top of BookingCom is simply broken, redundant (asks for same information multiple times) and harassing (needed multiple phone chasers) rather than making it meaningful. Phone support was mostly useless. Address shared via Google gives wrong Villa number. Property is way past the prime, check few sample pictures. One toilet flush was broken. Switching off shower creates the sound of a bike from the plumbing for some reason. No arrangement for food or even tea. Swiggy/Zomato works but below par restaurants that too more than 10km away.

Helper walks in and out as if the property belongs to him. The kitchen sink was blocked and they took half a day to repair it but couldn't fix it. Dining area is too dim. A lot of lizards inside the house.

I loved the property as a whole.

I didn’t like the fact that in the washrooms the water pressure was very less in all of the 4 washrooms. It took us alot of time to freshen up in the morning while leaving due to these problems. There could be better fooding facilities in that location since they have very limited options for food.
