Unfortunately, the name says "hotel," which is a lie, as it's an apartment. There's a hotel in Horsens with the same name, but it's not the same one. Furthermore, the bathroom water wouldn't drain, the toilet paper was missing, and mold was visible in many places. I had to ask for information about entering the apartment, and they had no idea how to log in to the Wi-Fi. The kettle and kitchen appliances were very old and covered in limescale. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment was very poor. The host didn't provide any water or coffee, and the towels were very old.

Vi var der under 10min og måtte betale 300kr på mobil pay selv om der stod der var fri parkering forlangte den engelske talende person 300kr og vi kunne ikke få nogle kvittering Vi forlanger at få vores penge tilbage både for ophold og parkering
DKDer var virkelig koldt i lejligheden og ingen radiatorer virkede. Der var to vinduer der ikke kunne lukke rigtigt. Der var nusset og beskidt. Særligt gulvene lå der et lag af skidt på. Der var kun redt op i den ene dobbeltseng til trods for at jeg havde booket til to personer med to værelser og gjort opmærksom på at det var arbejde det var booket til. Afløb i bruseren var stoppet til, så man stod og soppede i sit eget badevand eller sin kollegas, hvis man ikke havde tid til at vente på at det meget langsomt løb ud.

The owner waits until last minute to send the security box code wich made me doubt if they would send it or not even when he was replying all the messages he sent the code in the last minute. Never happened to me before and I travel a lot... Entrance of the building it's really dirty it's a 2nd floor app without a lift I had a lot of suitcases was really exhausting.

DKLejligheden ligger meget centralt. Sengene er ok.
Lugter af røg, manglende rengøring, ikke nok service, ingen toiletpapir- tabs- viskestykke. Mangler pære i flere lamper. Bruseforhæng ulækkert. Ingen mulighed for mørklægning.

Outright nasty. The sheets were probably clean but it is so disgusting with private hosts, they put dirty pillows everywhere, dirty blankets over the bed, marks of different colors, its just unacceptable! Who wants a blanket and stupid pillows with icecream, or imagine what those marks are, it could be any type of liquid from a human . Also drain is clogged so you can only shower for 5 minutes . Only a quarter roll of toilet paper. Booking should not cooperate with such filthy hosts
