"Great spot to relax when visiting Liverpool."

7.0

Pleasant and quiet street with a beautiful park and easy access to city. Basic but comfortable furnishings and pet friendly. Lots of hot water and everything spotless and clean

"We really enjoyed our stay."

10.0

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet and in a very convenient location. It is easy to get to the city centre, only about 25 minutes by transport. The room was comfortable, warm, and everything was in good condition. The kitchen was also very good and had everything we needed. We felt like at home. Thank you very much.

"Football legends visit."

8.0

Accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious and had most amenities. Park across the road to walk the dog. Staff responded quickly to messages.

No welcome notice with how to turn on the heating, water, local takeaway etc. No washing machine despite it being listed.

There was a retail park within 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. The apartment was easy to find and very comfortable. You are only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Liverpool.

There was no oven gloves to help to remove food cooked in the oven but apart from that I was nothing else I would change or improve on.

"It was ok and the host was friendly but I'm not sure we'll come back"

6.0

Location is good: around 12-15 mins' drive to Liverpool One. Plenty of free on-street parking. Next to the enormous Botanical Gardens for dog walking (although the Gardens close at 10pm which should be noted). Kitchen is well equipped (but needs tea towels, not just a roll of blue hygiene wipe). Handy to have the lockbox for access and a spare set of keys. There's a smart tv in the living room and a comfortable sofa. Useful to have soap, shampoo, washing-up liquid etc provided so that you don't need to bring them. Host is friendly and helpful.

The photos on the site were misleading - the property is much more cramped than suggested. Also the photos represent several different properties which made it almost impossible to define which one was ours. The bathroom is tiny and has very little shelf space. There's only bright overhead lighting so you feel as if you're in a doctor's surgery! The bedroom is so small that the bed has to be pushed against one wall just to allow room to stand on the other side; therefore there's only one bedside table and light. The living room would benefit from a second lamp, otherwise you have to use the over-bright ceiling light. Creaky floorboards mean you hear the late-night (after 11pm) and early morning (5.30am) wandering of the neighbour upstairs.

"Basement Unit"

Layout of the unit is perfect. Fully equipped.Location is central to public transport and shops.

Beds need replacing and you can hear all the noise from the upstairs unit, heavier carpets need to be installed. No dishwasher in basement unit.

"Pleasant enough for short weekend stay."

5.0

Location was easy to find, just off the motorway upon arrival in Liverpool and closely several bus services into City Centre.

The cooker did not work and there was wine stain on sofa bed.
